What are you running for and from

In the simplest form and as a base concept, human’s behaviors and personalities are based on two things…the first is their previous experiences or past (represented by the left vertical column) and what they want to avoid, what they fear will happen again and what has worked for them in the past. The second is what they aspire to be, their vision for themselves and what they think will work for them represented by the right vertical column.
